Report Overview
The 32-page document, the first of its kind, outlines the outcomes of the Responsible Canadian Energy program, a CAPP initiative that replaced its previous Stewardship program. Designed "to measure [CAPP's] performance and encourage [its] members to find new approaches to reduce our environmental footprint, to ensure every worker returns home safely every day, and to continue to improve the ways in which we [CAPP] communicate and engage the public and other stakeholders" CAPP's homepage provides a summary of the program's vision and principles.Following an introduction by CAPP's president, David Collyer, the report begins with a section, "Here's What We Said, and How We Are Doing" (between pages 2 and 3), that pairs the organization's guiding principles with the steps outlined in the report. Below are the principles identified by the report.
